St. John Vianney Church in Fairmont, MN, is seeking a full-time Director of Faith Formation, Youth Ministry, and OCIA for Children, starting July 1, 2026, with a passion for evangelizing youth.

Job Qualifications: The Director should be a faith-filled, active member of the Roman Catholic Church with a passion for evangelizing youth. The director needs to have at least a four-year college degree (preferably in Theology, Youth Ministry, Education, or a related field).  The Director should be energetic, possess good listening skills, have excellent written, relational, and oral communication skills, be organized, be creative, and be good at coordinating events.

Salary: $42,000 – $46,000. Salary depends on degree and experience.
