The Parish Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers within the Parish Office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Duties include sacramental record keeping, assembling the weekly parish bulletin, maintaining parish bulletin boards, writing and sending weekly parish email to parishioners, developing and keeping the parish website updated, and assisting with other tasks as needed. The Ministry Assistant assists the Director of Faith Formation / Youth Ministry and the Director of Liturgy/Adult Faith Formation/Pastoral Outreach. Must be available Wednesdays (September – May for Youth Faith Formation Year) and maintain flexibility in scheduling week-to-week.
